About Sabrina

Sabrina grew up in Fort St John and moved away after graduating from high school; she returned to Fort St John in 2010.  Sabrina has completed her masters degree in counselling psychology and has extensive training in family violence using a holistic therapy approach.  Sabrina is a published author of various psychology based papers.

​

She completed her bachelor degree in education and worked in the public school system for over 20 years.  Sabrina taught in all divisions (elementary, junior high and senior high) and was a learning assistance teacher.  She also taught a variety of other grades and subjects. Sabrina was also a vice principal as well as a school counsellor.

​

She published her book, Not Good Enough: Understanding Your Core Belief & Anxiety in 2023 as a resource for people who are unable to access counselling but want to work on their mental health.

 

She has been a counsellor with Trobak Holistic Counselling since she opened the agency in 2010. She has been a Clinical Supervisor since 2012.
